Will JotSpot Become Google Wiki?

Last October, Google acquired JotSpot and has been working on integrating the service into the Google Apps platforms, as announced in July.
According to Google Blogoscoped, Martin Porcheron (one of their regular forum members) has noticed that ?jotspot? is now a Google Apps service code name, and that those who have a domain hosted with Google Apps (not using custom logos) will see a ?Google Wiki? logo when trying to login (see for yourself).
Hopefully all of this means that the release of JotSpot on Google is drawing closer. JotSpot has already been questioned about what changes will be made at Google, to which the response was, “We can't share anything publicly, but we can tell you that we're incredibly excited about the possibilities. We can't think of a better company to have been acquired by.”
Although no information was given, Google wasted no time in moving JotSpot's help center and discussion board over to it's hosting already.
The login page currently returns a ?Service not available? message which is normal for services that haven?t yet been activated in your Google Apps account.) A link to ?beta.pages.google.com? is also shown. This address doesn?t currently resolve but it could suggest that Jotspot may have been moved to use the same underlying technology as Google Page Creator.
Just yesterday, Google Operating System announced that it expects Google?s version of Jotspot to be announced officially at the Office 2.0 in San Francisco next week. This has not been confirmed yet, of course.
Whenever the release may be, Google has done a good job at keeping its intentions with JotSpot under wraps until now. Office 2.0 is only a week away, so maybe we will soon find out what Google and JotSpot have up their sleeve.

This doesn’t tell me anything about Jotspot or Google that I didn’t already know… how about something about the commercial wiki space and how it might be affected? I mean, we all expected a Google hosted wiki offering when they bought Jotspot a while back… I actually expected it sooner! So why just repeat that information?
